Riaan's true passion lay in the bush and to see the traveling enjoyment in the eyes of his guests.

Qualifications

Game Ranging and Lodge Management at Damelin with a guiding licence at NATH 

Guiding experience

Riaan launched his guiding career at 24 after studying Game Ranging and Lodge Management. He began with Lodge guiding, exploring Namibia's unique landscapes and ecosystems, and later advanced to Exploration guiding.

Passion and joys 

Heidi is passionate about teaching children and being in the wilderness, she began her career as a Lodge Manager, where she loved sharing her knowledge and love for Namibia with guests.

Qualifications

National Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Services N4 & N5, 

Basic Bartending Course, 

Introductory Accounting Certificate, 

Preliminary Wine Course​. 

Music Certificate, 

National and advanced Certificate in Edu care. 

Work experience

Heidi gained experience in the tourism industry before transitioning to retail and logistics, where she oversaw operations at a local factory in Namibia.

Heidi works behind the scenes, managing bookings and accounts.

Heidi is Riaan's wife.

An ambitious and passionate person with strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills. Friendly and outgoing. I love trying new things and helping others while tackling challenges head-on.

Passion and joys

Jackson loves taking guests on game drives and seeing their excitement as they spot wildlife. It brings him great happiness to know he contributes to their joy.

Qualifications

 Level 1 certification in guiding in Namibia.

Guiding experience

Leading tours in the Fish River Canyon and Etosha National Park since 2012

Jackson is the guide for the full and half day Etosha tours.
